Anita has trained at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare and Society, and has had multiple retreat experiences at Spirit Rock, the Insight Meditation Society, and others. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and has a Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky, and completed a post-doc at Northwestern Medical School.
